Peace Love N Light was founded in 2021 by Tatianna Marie-Burks a Cleveland, Ohio native determined to change the narrative of what it means to be a product of your environment. Along with offering health coaching, lifestyle consulting, mentorship and other wellness programming, we also organize social projects that put impact before profit. Our focus is on enhancing essential community programming while advocating for mental health.

Meet the owner

Tatianna “Peaches” Marie Burks is a compassionate wellness facilitator with over a decade of experience leading families and individuals towards holistic health. After working as an allied healthcare professional in numerous specialties including family medicine, hematology/oncology, gynecology and rheumatology, Ms. Marie Burks decided to take a more proactive role in wellness facilitation by obtaining a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Health and Wellness from Purdue University Global. After graduating in June of 2020, Tatianna developed the “Eat Better, Play Better, Live Better Toolbox Initiative” and quickly began to execute her vision of creating equity in health by providing free and affordable comprehensive services that foster recovery, healing and communitarianism through her social enterprise Peace Love N Light founded in 2021. 

The dual goal of the initiative is to increase the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables in Cuyahoga County Residents while also increasing the amount of time spent engaging in regular physical activities. These lifestyle changes will lead to a reduction in the occurrence of chronic conditions caused by and or related to heart diseases, therefore reducing the mortality rate and increasing the life expectancy in Cuyahoga County residents. Ms. Marie Burks Programs also incorporate therapeutic mindfulness interventions such as seated and standing yoga classes, sound bowl meditation and self care groups that support mental and spiritual wellbeing.
